Founded on September 14, 1943, and driven by the dream and determination of Mr. Caetano Balvedi. At that time, a small furniture factory was born—the result of hard work and entrepreneurial vision. Over the years, the company evolved, establishing itself as a national benchmark in the high-quality door segment.
In the 1950s, the need for expansion drove the opening of the first branches in São Paulo and Jacarezinho, Paraná—a facility that remains active today, generating jobs and contributing significantly to the regional economy.
From its early days, Sincol incorporated sustainability as an essential part of its organizational culture. In 1967, it launched its own reforestation project, a visionary initiative that already anticipated concerns for the future of the environment. This commitment was strengthened in 1982 with the official establishment of Reflorestadora Sincol, a proud milestone for the entire company.
In the 1990s, another innovative step was taken: Sincol became the first national company to manufacture certified fire-rated doors, a product that is recognized today as a benchmark in the market.
From the 2000s onwards, Reflorestadora Sincol began to reap the rewards of its continuous and responsible work. Seeking to ensure even greater quality and environmental responsibility in its forestry operations, the company implemented the FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification, both in forest management and its chain of custody, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and certified practices.
In 2010, the first Sincol products were awarded the seal of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT), ensuring that all products meet the strictest quality and safety criteria. The company also became a member of the Sectoral Quality Program (PSQ), further consolidating its credibility within the market and among consumers.
Always in pursuit of innovation and environmental responsibility, the in-house energy generation program was launched in 2020, repurposing industrial waste that was previously discarded. This initiative reduced environmental impacts and intelligently optimized resources.
In 2024, another important milestone: Sincol became a member of the Green Building Council Brasil (GBC), reinforcing its commitment to sustainable construction and an ecologically balanced future. Sincol doors now contribute points towards internationally recognized certifications, such as LEED and GBC Condomínio.
Over 80 years of history, marked by transformations, innovation, quality, and constant evolution. Sincol continues to open paths and doors to incredible achievements, with the same passion, responsibility, and excellence as always.
And this story is far from over. We move forward, ready for the next challenges and opportunities the future holds for us…
