Designed to guarantee professional-level security, it is ideal for entrances of autonomous units, such as hotel rooms, flats, and studios. It is also approved to meet ABNT NBR 9077 and NBR 9050 standards, performing the function of an access door for NR apartments, ensuring daily protection and accessibility.
Developed with advanced technology, this door resists fire for a minimum of 30 minutes, delaying the spread of flames and offering the necessary time for a safe evacuation. Its composition utilizes exclusive raw materials and high-standard manufacturing processes, guaranteeing durability, structural stability, and a performance far superior to common market alternatives.
The thermal and acoustic insulation of this door is the result of a set of hardware and accessories designed to offer maximum performance in safety and comfort. The system features a sound attenuation of 33 dB (Class C4), ensuring a significant reduction in external noise and providing quieter, more welcoming environments.
The high-resistance hinges ensure stable, smooth, and long-lasting operation, even under heavy use conditions. Furthermore, the frame is equipped with state-of-the-art intumescent seals, which come into action automatically in emergency situations: when exposed to extreme heat, they expand rapidly, completely sealing the gaps around the door. This process prevents the passage of smoke, cold smoke, and toxic gases, which are primarily responsible for reduced visibility and asphyxiation during fires.
The fire-resistant assembly was developed to strictly meet the requirements of ABNT NBR 15281 and NBR 15930 standards, guaranteeing total technical compliance and ensuring superior performance both in emergency situations and in daily use. This combination transforms the door into a complete solution, ideal for projects that value protection, comfort, and sophistication.

100% compact solid imported MDP, providing high mechanical resistance, excellent acoustic insulation, dimensional stability, and superior performance in indoor environments. It also features fire protection with certified resistance of up to 30 minutes, meeting regulatory safety requirements.

Sincol door frames feature a reinforced structure, ensuring greater strength and safety.
The standardized 2mm radius design brings elegance and sophistication to the set. With structural reinforcement in moisture-resistant HDF and a UV insulating finish, they ensure extra protection against warping and humidity.
They are produced with a moisture-resistant HDF base (more resistant to humidity) and can be laminated or coated, with widths of 50, 63, and 98 mm. They can be installed using a miter joint system or an H system, with adjustments of up to 25 mm.

To correctly identify the opening direction of Sincol doors, stand outside the room and simulate the opening movement of the door:
If, when opening, the door swings inward and to the right, it is a right-hand opening door.
If the door opens inward and to the left, it is a left-hand opening.
